ssistive software (adaptive software)

Adaptive software ဟူ၍လည္း ေခၚဆိုႏိုင္သည့္ assistive software ဆိုသည္မွာ အထူးျပဳလုပ္ထားသည့္ hardware အတြက္ ရည္ရြယ္ဖန္တီးထားေသာ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ ပ႐ိုဂရမ္မ်ားျဖစ္သည္။ ဥပမာ အေနျဖင့္ assistive software မ်ားတြင္ screen magnification, scree reading, speech recognition, text-to-speech အျပင္ Braille printer မ်ား၊ Braille scanner မ်ား၊ touch screen display မ်ား၊ အရြယ္အစားႀကီးမားသည့္ mouse မ်ား၊ အရြယ္အစားႀကီးမားသည့္ joy stick မ်ား ပါဝင္သည္။ Assistive software ႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ hardware သည္ assistive technology ႏွင့္ adaptive technology ဟုလူသိမ်ားေသာ ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ား၏ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ အစိတ္အပိုင္းမ်ား ျဖစ္သည္။
